## What is Ondue?

Ondue is made for people who work at the customer's door, not behind a desk: builders, handymen, electricians, plumbers, cleaners, movers, repair technicians.

QUOTE ON SITE, SIGNED ON THE SPOT
• Write a quote in a minute, right where the job is.
• Add photos of the job to the quote.
• Hand your phone to the customer: they sign on screen to accept.
• Turn the accepted quote into an invoice with one tap.

GET PAID FASTER
• Send by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail as a clean PDF.
• Add your payment links (PayPal, Stripe and more) — they appear on the invoice with a QR code to scan and pay.
• Record deposits and part payments; Ondue shows what is still owed.
• Get a reminder when an invoice becomes overdue.
• Pro: payment reminders for your client — on the days you choose, the email opens ready with the PDF and payment link.
• Pro: recurring invoices, prepared for you every week, month, quarter or year.

LOOKS PROFESSIONAL
• 4 invoice designs with your logo and brand color.
• Your signature on documents, if you want it.
• Invoices in your customer's language — 23 document languages.
• Tax rates, labels and notes set up for your country.

ALSO INCLUDED
• Saved items for the services you bill often.
• Receipts and credit notes.
• Expense tracking and a monthly profit overview.
• Client list, with import from your contacts.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account and no sign-up. Your data stays on your phone.
• Works without internet.
• Automatic iCloud backup, so a new phone gets everything back. (iOS)
