It was working, but the only problem is the voice audio doesn’t sync with the video. I have tried all available options with my smart tv and the Apple TV but there is a slight, annoying delay in the audio. My Apple TV box works with all built-in apps plus downloaded apps, until this point. With a telecom background I understand how this all works and the reasons for delays. My problem is OAN doesn’t seem to have a help desk other than sending them an email, which qualifies the request for information. I suspect that means I will probably not get a response from OAN.
