After numerous requests for support, OAN tells me to contact my ISP. So, I have great bandwidth, all of my devices and apps work across multiple devices, including all streaming apps, only OAN on AppleTV does not work yet somehow it’s my ISP?
Thanks for no support.

I recently downloaded the OAN App via my Apple TV box. It was working, but the only problem is the voice audio doesn’t sync with the video. I have tried all available options with my smart tv and the Apple TV but there is a slight, annoying delay in the audio.  My Apple TV box works with all built-in apps plus downloaded apps, until this point. 
With a telecom background I understand how this all works and the reasons for delays. My problem is OAN doesn’t seem to have a help desk other than sending them an email, which qualifies the request for information. I suspect that means I will probably not get a response from OAN. Which also probably means I will cancel this service at the end of this month.

I wish I could give you a five star because we love the network but the app keeps freezing on our Apple TV.   I don't know how to contact support.  I keep having to delete the app and reinstall.  It's very frustrating

Finally I can watch OAN in full, instead of just snippets on social media! My satellite provider doesn’t offer it, so I was so excited to see it on my Apple TV. I wish they had it on iPad for when I travel.
