Respectfully, my brain is basically a bowl of spaghetti noodles, except it’s just one noodle that keeps going endlessly, tangling and never headed in any clear direction. This is the kind of checklist that helps me to simplify my own brain. What I love most is that it resets each day, and I don’t have to feel guilty if I didn’t achieve all my tasks from yesterday, very forgiving, very “new day, new me” every single day.

I’m so grateful for this app! As a life-long to-do list lover, I feel like I’ve tried every way to stay productive — classic handwritten lists, complex apps focused on organizing tasks into groups with deadlines, etc. But ultimately, I end up looking at my lists and getting overwhelmed wondering how I can get everything done. 

This simplistic approach is perfect for helping me prioritize tasks daily without getting bogged down and anxious about the future.

This app is truly what it says it is - one and three. I love making lists that I often keep in multiple places and more often than not - lose - let alone get everything done. One & Three helps me to focus on just four tasks each day with a clean, crisp design and truly the easiest set up.
