Bugs everywhere, plans won’t update…login info “switches” devices when you are on the same device…..I can’t believe my company pays for this product. They just take money and do not provide anywhere near a good product… ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2020-11-12, version 3.5.5* This app goes downhill with every update. When you try to create an account it wants you to choose a Country from the list but the list is blank!!! It freezes, deletes data, kicks you off, and is unbearably slow. Half the time you can’t even get through on their support line. The frustration over using is app has even made some co-works want to quit. It’s hard to explain just how bad this application is, but I’ll try: 1. Syncing has only gotten worse with the new update (supposedly fixed), 2. Terrible log in/ log out issues, 3. Takes an eternity for the app to register button selection most of the time, 4. Buttons are too small for most men, 5. Forces you to log back in (and sometimes sync) in the middle of a work package which slows the user down. Time is everything for me considering that I get paid by the piece, not hourly. Kills your battery in less than 3 hours from 100% battery. If you are an employer looking for inventory or time management apps, look else where your employees will hate you. It wipes data constantly and wants to restart in the middle of working about every 10 minutes. If your using it you have to click on the page every 5 minutes or it will freeze and you have to exit out and start all over again. That one started out with several issues and glitches but then worked well enough. Now it’s Amp I’m supposed to use. Worked ok for a bit then continually freezes up, won’t advance to next question and had to shut down and reopen app. After calling Movista about a month ago, I was told they were very aware of problems and told me to just use -Hub and they would contact me when the many issues were fixed. Have heard nothing and it made my job a living hellscape. However, having been asked to use movista for my most recent position of employment, i have been subject to the worst technological experience of my life. This app induces a primal rage in mankind that was buried centuries ago. The ui is terribly complex, and the servers are non existent. You could write better code on grasshopper. It is a shame companies will continue to use applications like these, be aware of the issues, and refuse to put forth a dime to better them. I would use many words to describe my movista experience. Thank you David ### 1/5 — This app is total garbage *2022-12-06, version 3.10.0* Like others have mentioned, I am now forced to use this app at work, every single day. My company recently switched from ‘Go Spot Check’ to this inferior app. The app itself is cumbersome and requires extra steps to accomplish the same thing as the prior app we used. It is not user friendly and the formatting/layout is terrible. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used. *2022-09-05, version 3.10.0* I never write reviews for anything but this app is so frustrating that I felt like I had to. Can never get the app to log in and on the off chance I do I can’t get anything else to load. Very frustrating when I’m doing piece work and I have to waste time messing around just trying to clock in. I called customer service, and Seth was able to add the business immediately. All I had to do was sync the systems before placing an order. Seth then followed up with me later in the day to make sure I was able to access what I needed. Very helpful for this new user! ### 5/5 — Technical support *2020-05-03, version 3.4.6* Technical support is Pretty amazingly Knowledgeable and clear up all question regarding the app at first i did not get it and kinda did not like to use it but after speaking to tech support and learn how to navigate thru the app stuff is just easy and keeps track of everything for you how long you been at work reminders not to go pass your 5th hours keeps track of your miles And the Task you need to complete ANDREW at tech support is very very good at what he dose his support experience is a 5 STAR Rating in its self I just wish they made a simple update that remembers your employees ID number so that all you have to do is enter 4 digit pin code instead of I’d number them code every single time but over all great App ### 5/5 — Dedicated Diana *2018-08-02, version 3.0.0* Had some issues with the app not connecting to a wireless printer.
