The app has a critical error and can’t login

This app will only work on PC, this app will not work. The customer service is horrible. I paid for a year in advance via Apple Store and doesn’t work. This app is unethical, especially because Apple controls the apps and this one should not be allow. 

Da Vinci and Soma apps are exactly the same.
