This app requires a OTP to use and I was unable to get one with my Australian phone number. It might be free, but it’s useless to me!! ### 1/5 — Worst Service *2023-06-29* This app doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t show bus routes correctly. Most of the time payment gets failed. Not user friendly, until you use it for 100th time. And most importantly, recently many bus routes have been changed but this app has no update for that, you board the bus but you won’t find the bus route on the app. ### 1/5 — Complete Rip off *2023-05-07* I was using the shuttle service from t3 Delhi to t1. There was no information at t3 that connecting passengers need to collect coupon for free shuttle. I was happy to pay as I didn’t have time. The conductor did not have the change and asked me to download this app, which I did. He punched a few options in the app. In the end, I had an ‘invalid’ ticket and money had already been deducted. Conductor refused to acknowledge that my money had already been deducted and it is not right for me to buy another ticket, specially when he was the one without change. He asked me at one point to step out and ask the enquiry desk. When I did that he swiftly left me there and the bus started moving. Luckily, my partner had to shout to stop them. This has not only left a bad taste my mouth. But I guess there is deeper corruption here that someone is profiting from. Not everyone will seek refund once things like this happen and may end up paying twice. Coincidentally the app had Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s photo on it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2026-04-17* Ticket booking not working properly, you try to book place a to place c and app booked ticket from place a to place b, which causes penalty and embarrassment. Even complaint module not working as well, how authorities passed such mess app in public. Very disappointing ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-02-18* Useless for foreign visitors/tourists in Delhi who don’t have an Indian phone number. There's no option to file a complaint anywhere, and the bus conductor isn't helping either. Using this app is just a waste of money. If your ticket isn't booked, you won't get a refund, and nobody will listen to your complaint! ### 1/5 — Poor performance *2025-09-03* Poor performance. Not upgrading version of app in my phone and i’m not able to select my correct gender becoz it’s bot shown and after complaining there is no solution to my problem even they are not even considered my problem yet. ### 1/5 — Update is not given and bugs not fixed *2025-03-15* Since 11 month the app is not updated. very difficult to buy tickets. God knows why government made this app. Total waste of time. Why don't they develop proper Sop for launching an app. They should do some UAT before launching the app. I believe that part was skipped by them. What does the government do of taxes which we pay every year. It will either show an error “location not found” or it will give an error “network connection not available”. All this the device is in a tip top condition and all the other apps are working properly.
