So happy to finally have found a fun and motivating fitness app!

This is the closest you’ll get to working with a trainer. I had so much fun and I was pushed to my limits !

Thank you so much to the creators I appreciate you.

This app was really life changing for me, it gave me a sense of direction, showed me which habits I should gain , gave me daily motivation &  assistance of trainers at the touch of a button.

I’m grateful for the challenge that I joined OML OCTOBER 2-27th , which gave me access to this app information. Within 1 month I’ve gained results, workout’s I’ve never tried, meal prep routine and confidence. Thank you and I recommend this 100 %
