Constantly getting the error that my picture doesn’t match the amount deposited. Which is wrong.

I’m attempting to have a tenant deposit rent into my Spring Garden Avenue LLC account. 

Tenant instructed Bank of America to send payment to my account using her Bill Pay application which said it would be delivered to my account July 27, 2023. 

Deposit has not yet been processed. 

Also received notice on my One Florida Bank from outside vendor to arrange for them handling payments/ ACH payments for which I would be charged 3.250% fee or 1.0% on ACH DEPOSITS. 

Please remedy. 

Appears to be a Scam?

One Florida Bank is locally owned and operated, but they have the best, personal and commercial banking services, even better than the big national banks.  Amazing technology.  Plus better rates.
