### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-12-28, version 1.5.1*

If I could put 0 stars I would

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2024-11-29, version 1.5.1*

What a joke!
Not only does it not have the model bracket I purchased in the video section, but none of the videos play anyway.
👏

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-09-08, version 1.5.1*

Videos are broken, missing products, waste of time.

### 1/5 — RUBBISH!😡

*2024-08-19*

Deserves no stars whatsoever!
Are you serious with this app? It’s ridiculous! You find your product, then there’s instructions by tiny little pictures but no option to print the instruction out! Good grief! However designed this App certainly didn’t give a damn about the customers need to see the instructions clearly. As for the QR code that comes with the product. It says “simply can the QR code to assist with installation. Your stupid QR code takes you to a page that says “Not Found” Time to go back to the drawing board for this IT numbskull & make an app user friendly and a QR code that actually does something other than tell you “Not Found” What a waste of my time bothering with your instructions that came on a piece of cardboard in German, Spanish, French & Italian. Where’s English? Good grief! Ridiculous!!!! Whoever reads this, DO NOT BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS WASTE OF TIME APP!😡

### 1/5 — Crashes immediately

*2024-08-19, version 1.5.1*

Gave the app a chance after seeing the reviews but for me it just crashes upon selecting the product 😭

### 1/5 — Complete waste of time

*2024-06-16, version 1.5.1*

The app is not fit for purpose clicked on video to see how to mount the WM4421 tv wall bracket & the video doesn’t even play it just says failure.. the app is not fit for purpose no help what so ever I don’t know why they have even got this app .. one for all seriously need to sort this app out & make it do what it was supposedly meant to do help with there products..!!

### 1/5 — App is horrible

*2024-05-20, version 1.5.1*

The app closes out every time you try to click on the antenna you have. Doesn’t even work, so your guessing at which way you need to have the antenna turned.

### 1/5 — Complete failure.

*2024-01-15, version 1.4.1*

App should help with setting TV aerial direction. At the last step, names of all my local transmitters appeared on phone screen, stacked in a column when I faced West. There was no instruction on what to do next. Touching them or the mysterious red arrow did nothing. So close yet so far.

### 1/5 — Sanus is better

*2024-01-02, version 1.4.1*

Missing manuals for certain mounts and height finder not nearly as detailed or clear as sanus’s tools. I’d be embarrassed if this were my app.

### 1/5 — Product not present in the app

*2023-12-26, version 1.4.1*

Hi scanned a QR code on the manual to find this app. However the product is not in the app. I scanned it because the manual has missing information about the setup

### 1/5 — Shocking

*2023-10-09, version 1.4.1*

No wonder the developer of this app doesn’t receive feedback from it. All info is useless.

### 1/5 — Absolutely useless

*2023-06-28, version 1.4*

Doesn’t work it thinks all of the transmitters are in the same wrong direction. Whoever released this app should be shot they never even opened it. A total waste of my time.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-05-25, version 1.4*

Wanted to fit a wall bracket. No instructions or help available at all.
Completely pointless app. Absolutely useless.

### 1/5 — App

*2023-04-25, version 1.4*

Utterly worthless app

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time with the app

*2023-03-30, version 1.4*

I just wanted to get further assistance with installing a tv wall Mount and all I can choose are antennas 👎

### 1/5 — Pointless App to Get Your Data

*2023-01-29, version 1.4*

Scanned the QR code on the instructions for a TV wall mount to get the installation app, all it lists is an antenna. Looks just like a data harvest, I’m surprised this is allowed on the App Store.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2023-01-14, version 1.3*

Scanned the to TV wall mount box to see the fitting instructions and this app is useless don’t work all it’s interested in is getting you to give them access to your privacy.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 1*

*2025-12-05, version 1.5.2*

Useless app. Missing products

### 1/5 — iPhone failure

*2025-11-23, version 1.5.2*

It crashes and never works on iPhone.

### 1/5 — lol

*2025-09-24, version 1.5.2*

Why bother?

### 1/5 — outdated and incorrect

*2025-08-14, version 1.5.2*

This app doesn’t include some of the antenna models One for All sells. And it is misleading - it showed transmitters to my west when fcc.gov shows them to the southeast.

### 1/5 — Makes no sense

*2025-07-31, version 1.5.2*

I bought the 14460 smart antenna and downloaded this app only to find out when I have to select an antenna it is not listed. What?? Waste of my time.

### 1/5 — Not so good

*2025-07-07, version 1.5.2*

App shuts down when you select antenna.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2025-07-05, version 1.5.2*

It’s called the assistant app but video doesn’t show how to assemble

### 1/5 — Totally useless App

*2025-05-10, version 1.5.2*

Models are missing from the list (not up to date), drop down menu with inches listed there are ridiculous, its like waisting my time to download, open, look at it and delete this stupid app

### 1/5 — WM5650

*2025-03-21, version 1.5.1*

Video is not working

### 1/5 — Transmitter locations are wrong

*2025-02-07, version 1.5.1*

App is supposed to help users figure out where to point their antennas. Tried it. Locations shown for transmitters is wrong. Shows many at a location that they are not. Basically groups all stations at the same tower. I’m an engineer for a three of the transmitters. It has one of mine 15 miles in the opposite direction of where it really is. It shows several others at my Tower site and they are not there. I know where they are and they are nowhere near the direction that it says that they are.

Interesting concept, but not useful the way that it is implemented. try rabbitears.info to find out where the stations really are.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works Perfect

*2021-07-23, version 1.1*

For me this app worked perfectly. 100% it helped me adjust my antenna for the best reception and most channels. Simple to use and follow. Make sure you select the correct antenna from the list.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2021-04-30, version 1.1*

The UI could use a bit more work on the last step to find towers though. Simply stand up and rotate yourself in a circle. Eventually you’ll find the tower icons pop up in the AR step. It should be updated with arrows indicating to spin to make it usable for those who are tech illiterate like my parents, grandparents and a couple of uncles.

### 4/5 — Does not appear to work

*2024-08-24, version 1.5.1*

Using bracket height calculator for WM6812 and centre of tv at 120cm, screen size 65inches and bottom measure of 30cm, the app gave attachment height of 563 cm.
This is for a TV not the Hubble telescope

### 2/5 — another lousy attempt

*2022-11-22, version 1.3*

Great in theory but doesn’t work and I have an iPhone 12 Pro, so it has nothing to do with “old hardware” but a general half baked electric company that has its “in” at Walmart and is only worried about “the next product”, so every product is never really quality.
