## What is One GI?

The One GI nutrition platform is part of a comprehensive program that provides digital nutrition support for our patients. This app gives you unlimited access, at no charge, to recipes, meal plans, fitness classes, cooking demos, and many other resources. Here you can connect with live nutrition experts, in a secure and private platform. You can track food and activities, scan bar codes, and ask questions 24/7 through the messenger. 

Note: The One GI app integrates with the iOS Health app (iOS HealthKit) to bring you the ability to measure and display your daily steps and weight within application.
