### 1/5 — 予約確認すらまともにできない

アプリを入れたら手持ちの予約が確認できるのか？と思ったら出来ず。メール？から番号を持ってこないといけないらしい。このアプリの利用シーンが全然わからない。せめてチェックイン時にアプリのトップページを見せればサインレスでチェックイン出来るようにして欲しい｡飛行機の様に｡

再度連携するまでに辿り着くまでがわからず、何度か試行錯誤して辿り着けました。
何度もサインインを求められ、
予約も会員価格はなかったのでそのまま予約し、予約確認メールも届きましたが本当に予約されているのか疑いたくなります。
ここまで使いづらいのもなかなかなく、いつになったら使えるようになるのでしょうか。

【追記】
ブラウザからの予約も毎度ログインを求められます。
予約確認をするのにメールアドレスの他に予約番号を入力するのが、地味にイライラします。
ホテル系のアプリで一番酷いアプリだなと思います。

ここまで酷いアプリもなかなかない。
まず毎回ログインが必要になる。ログイン状態をキープするというチェックボックスがあるにも関わらずだ。
アプリ内のタブで「アカウント」という箇所に入らなければ会員情報が表示できないのだが、そこを開くとログイン情報であるメールアドレスとパスワードは入力されている画面が表示され、その後自動で画面変遷する。変遷先はログイン画面で、さっきまで表示されていたログイン情報は消えている。入力しないとログインできない。
毎回チェックイン前にその作業が発生する。
修正は中々入らない。
毎回毎回、ストレスがかかる。

このアプリをわかりやすく使いやすいと思っている人がいるでしょうか？
チェックイン時の会員証提示以外に使い道がありませんし、ほかの宿泊アプリなら検索から予約までもっと短時間で完了します。
他ホテルチェーンのアプリを丸ごと真似てくれた方がまだマシです。

サービスも改悪の一途だが、アプリも最低を下回った
ゴミアプリは消して、他のホテルチェーンに泊まる方が心の平安のためにもいい

何年も前から同じような内容のレビューがたくさん書かれていました。こんなに意見があるのに改善もされず放置なんでしょう。オークラや日航ホテルズはこのアプリ会社との契約をやめるべきでは。大切な顧客にこんなアプリを使わせるホテルまで信用をなくします。

様々なページ（予約確認等）にジャンプする度、サインインを求められ、日本語設定も毎回し直すようです。その後エラーやアクセス集中等のメッセージで、予約確認すら出来ない久々に酷いアプリです。

タイトル通りですが、日本語のサインイン画面の後に英語の画面に遷移し、英語のサインインを通り抜けないとサインイン出来ません。
また、初回導入時にローカルのデバイスを検知するかどうか聞かれるのですが、何に使用するのでしょうか？
まともなアプリ開発会社に再委託した方が良いと思います。

そんな毎日ワンハーモニーを使う人っていないでしょ？
ホテルを予約しようかな？って開くんじゃないの？

パスワードなんて記憶の遥か彼方に行ってるわよ！

アプリにログインした後も、何かするたびログインしてくれしてくれ煩いっつーの！

何のためにアプリがあって、ログインさせたのはなんなのよ？

ほんっと面倒臭いからワンハーモニーで予約するのをやめるのよ。
