Die App ONE-HOUR ermöglicht Mitarbeitenden aus der Baubranche kostenlos Weiterbildung in einem kompakten Format. Fünf bis höchstens 15 Minuten lange Videos behandeln aktuelle und zukünftige Themen u.a. aus den Bereichen BIM, Energiewende, nachhaltiges Bauen und Technologie. Um dem unterschiedlichen Wissensstand der Personen auch im Bereich Lernen gerecht zu werden, bietet unsere Weiterbildungs-App auch Videos zu diesem Thema an. Mit vier Videos im Monat, also höchstens einer Stunde Zeitaufwand, werden die Mitarbeitenden aus der Baubranche optimal auf die Zukunft vorbereitet und bestmöglich für ihren Arbeitgeber qualifiziert. Mit unserer App haben wir ein modernes Lehrformat entwickelt, das an die Arbeitsroutinen der Mitarbeitenden aus allen Bereichen der Bauwirtschaft angepasst ist. Die Videos sind einfach zu verstehen, ohne nutzloses Blabla und können „on the road“ konsumiert werden. Ziel ist es, dass sich die Mitarbeitenden ohne stures Lernen beruflich weiterentwickeln können. Dabei ist uns Flexibilität sehr wichtig: Die Videos können über die App orts- und zeitunabhängig und sogar offline angeschaut oder als Podcast auch von unterwegs aus angehört werden. Die Videos sind leicht verständlich und unterhaltsam gemacht. Besonders gut gefallen mir die Praxisbeispiele und Einblicke in andere Unternehmen. Super ist vor allem, dass wirkliche Unternehmer zu Wort kommen und von Ihren Erfahrungen und der täglichen Arbeit erzählen – das ist total spannend und interessant. Wenn man selber in dem Bereich tätig ist, tut es gut, mal über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen und zu gucken, mit welchen neuen Methoden die anderen arbeiten.
