Therefore I cannot book anything through the app! Need to visit reception every time. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work properly *2025-10-08, version 109.34* Since downloading this app it has not worked properly. I get notifications of new classes but then can’t read any messages in my inbox. I have the same 2 messages in my inbox for nearly 3 weeks now and I can’t read them or delete them. I’ve removed the app and tried to download it again. Signed in and out but it still doesn’t work. ### 5/5 — Huntingdon *2024-04-06, version 107.17* I only want Huntingdon. It will only show Ramsey which I do NOT want. Cannot get the original App. back. Help please. Asked at one Leisure but not able to help. Fed up ### 1/5 — No good for joint membership or families. *2024-03-12, version 107.17* The website is much better, through that you can book your whole family in to activities. With the app though, every single member of your family, even babies need their very own log in. ### 2/5 — App needs improvements *2024-02-06, version 107.17* You have to login every time you open the app. Sometimes when you choose the cookies setting the app gets stocked. Besides, booking and calendar are separated, so you cannot book from the calendar, you need first to check the calendar apart on a different screen. ### 5/5 — Broken UX broken login and MFA *2024-02-01, version 107.17* This new iteration of the app on IOS has multiple critical issues. It is not possible to make multiple booking - to do so you have to log out of the app and then log back in again. Each time you log in it asks for you to reset your password. Poor Q&A, Poor UX and clearly inadequate testing. ### 2/5 — Requires full calendar access to add events *2023-10-09, version 5.94* Overall this is a good app for booking sessions at the One Leisure centres In Huntingdonshire in the UK. Previously I would have given it 4 stars, but a recent update has broken the ability to add bookings to my iCloud calendar. Previously permission to add events was sufficient (as it should be). But now the app requires full access to my calendars. As I take privacy very seriously I’ve lowered the rating as I now have to add events manually. ### 3/5 — Great when it works…. *2023-08-29, version 5.94* Often gets stuck, if you open a message or notification regarding activities at One Leisure. Unable to go back into the booking page. You need to either reinstall the app (make sure you have all passwords including membership number, not the same as the one on your fob) or restart your phone. Not sure if this is just with I-phones only. I have a more recent I-phone. Staff on reception, at St Ives are helpful at helping to get back on the App. ### 1/5 — App *2023-07-15, version 5.94* Since the app’s been updated you have to log in each time.
