### 2/5 — Improvement needed

*2022-06-17, version 5.94*

The App is Ok. It doesn’t save your card details for payment, even though it’s an option, so you have to enter them every time.
There isn’t a cancellation & refund option.
There also needs to give more details about what each class is & who it’s suitable for.

### 1/5 — Pointless app

*2014-09-19, version 2.6.5*

I love One Leisure facilities, I highly recommend them. This app is useless however. It's only use is booking fitness classes. That's all. Not Impressions (gym) sessions, not court time, not Pure. Do you really need an app for that? It needs to include all activities (it says more will be available soon... Define "soon". 6 weeks and counting) Trying to fit the gym into a busy lifestyle is made harder by having to book in online (too easy to be "too busy" to just turn up! I joined because I wanted structure)
Just get this app sorted!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Website

*2026-03-01, version 109.82*

When trying to make payment for gym membership the site is blocking payment and being user unfriendly.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-01-17, version 109.56*

I can’t log in to my account through the app. Have tried numerous times. Therefore I cannot book anything through the app! Need to visit reception every time.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work properly

*2025-10-08, version 109.34*

Since downloading this app it has not worked properly. I get notifications of new classes but then can’t read any messages in my inbox. I have the same 2 messages in my inbox for nearly 3 weeks now and I can’t read them or delete them. I’ve removed the app and tried to download it again. Signed in and out but it still doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — No good for joint membership or families.

*2024-03-12, version 107.17*

The website is much better, through that you can book your whole family in to activities. With the app though, every single member of your family, even babies need their very own log in.

### 1/5 — App

*2023-07-15, version 5.94*

Since the app’s been updated you have to log in each time. Very annoying , certainly not an improvement. Hopefully one leisure will resolve this soon

### 1/5 — Unable to book via app

*2022-11-01, version 5.94*

Unable to book via app

### 1/5 — Tennis court issue

*2022-06-05, version 5.94*

Everytime I book the tennis court I have to go in to reception and ask for it to be opened.

### 1/5 — Poor payment system Gladstone pay

*2022-05-16, version 5.94*

No matter how many times I enter the card details only for the app and Gladstone unable to take payment. Have to manually enter each trike. Will not store card details.

### 1/5 — A real disappointment

*2016-04-16, version 2.11*

I can't pay via the app so other than checking class times or getting on the wait list its pointless. A real shame.

### 1/5 — Great idea but doesn't work

*2016-02-11, version 2.11*

I love the idea of this app but you can only temporarily book and can't pay, so you have to call up and complete which defeats the point of the app.
You can only book fitness classes at the moment, I'd like to be able to book courts etc.
If you could use the app effectively to book and pay for all facilities, it would be fantastic!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Huntingdon

*2024-04-06, version 107.17*

I only want Huntingdon. It will only show Ramsey which I do NOT want. Cannot get the original App. back. Help please. Asked at one Leisure but not able to help. Fed up

### 5/5 — Broken UX broken login and MFA

*2024-02-01, version 107.17*

This new iteration of the app on IOS has multiple critical issues. It is not possible to make multiple booking - to do so you have to log out of the app and then log back in again. Each time you log in it asks for you to reset your password. Poor Q&A, Poor UX and clearly inadequate testing.

### 4/5 — Lame swimming.

*2022-04-12, version 5.79*

Really enjoy my Lane swimming. The staff are brilliant.
The only drawback is the ‘new rule’ of having to cancel a swim session an hour and a half before , I usually swim at 7am, so if I didn’t feel 100% when I get up at 6.30, I cannot cancel, and someone else who could have gone, cannot, because the rather silly “new rule” means I would have to cancel BEFORE 5:30 am.
I question WHY can you not cancel 15 or 30 minutes.
There is no “Trainer” waiting ? No one is being held up.
I do wish you would take this default off your system, or at least give us a reasonable period of 15-30 minutes . That gives people a chance to book in if they need to go.

### 4/5 — Getting better...

*2014-04-23, version 2.6.5*

Great app, much better now there are 8 days of bookings.
I now use this app for all my bookings.
Now if we could just add email confirmation as per the online website all would be good. :-)

### 3/5 — Great when it works….

*2023-08-29, version 5.94*

Often gets stuck, if you open a message or notification regarding activities at One Leisure. Unable to go back into the booking page. You need to either reinstall the app (make sure you have all passwords including membership number, not the same as the one on your fob) or restart your phone. Not sure if this is just with I-phones only. I have a more recent I-phone. Staff on reception, at St Ives are helpful at helping to get back on the App.

### 3/5 — Saved payment method doesn’t work

*2022-08-16, version 5.94*

It requires to enter card details every time you book, though they’ve been saved during previous booking.
It’s a pain and ridiculous bug as there is even no option to scan a card.
Fix it, please!
Or simply connect Apple Pay and etc!

### 3/5 — Swimming

*2022-05-26, version 5.94*

The booking system should be abolished now and return to a free flow system. St Neots pool is often fully booked on paper but when I get there, if I can get booked in there are often only 20 in the session. My preferred time was 7.30 to 8.30 but now I go at 8.00 am which sometimes I have to miss due to early morning commitments. Free flow would allow for this and swimmers will come and go at leisure and it will not be overcrowded.

### 3/5 — Does not play!

*2021-05-10, version 4.76*

Multiple notifications mostly duplicates and does not now work on older phones ie iPhone 4

When it was loaded previously it wasn’t too bad but make a note of all passwords user names. A latest update does not allow updates to iPhone 4.

### 2/5 — App needs improvements

*2024-02-06, version 107.17*

You have to login every time you open the app. Sometimes when you choose the cookies setting the app gets stocked. Besides, booking and calendar are separated, so you cannot book from the calendar, you need first to check the calendar apart on a different screen.

### 2/5 — Requires full calendar access to add events

*2023-10-09, version 5.94*

Overall this is a good app for booking sessions at the One Leisure centres In Huntingdonshire in the UK. Previously I would have given it 4 stars, but a recent update has broken the ability to add bookings to my iCloud calendar. Previously permission to add events was sufficient (as it should be). But now the app requires full access to my calendars. As I take privacy very seriously I’ve lowered the rating as I now have to add events manually.
