It would be great if there was a way to enter a custom food only once and then be able to mark that custom food as a favorite and retrieve it when entering a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner).

This app has kept me on my healthy eating  daily goals. I have used it everyday for the last 2 1/2 years. It has contributed to my diet lifestyle changes and kept my weight off. Easy to use and no excuses on why you can’t do this everyday.

Very easy to use and intuitive.  Combined with the book, this makes tracking of my daily progress so much easier.  Highly recommend this program in general.
