## What is One More Block?

Build a tiny city, one block at a time.

One More Block is a calm, blueprint-style puzzle about growing a little city on a grid. Each turn you draw one tile — a road, a home, a park, a shop — and you decide where it goes. Easy to pick up, hard to put down.

The twist: everything has to connect. Roads must link end to end. Homes need a road beside them or they get "cut off." Keep the traffic flowing and your citizens happy and the city keeps growing — get greedy and it grinds to a halt. Just… one more block.

This update is about making the city readable.

Place a park, school or hospital and the board now shows the area it reaches, which homes would gain from it, and which ones are already covered. A home only needs one of each, so a second park over the same houses earns nothing — and now you can see that before you commit, instead of wondering why the number didn't move.

Tap your population to see exactly where every resident came from. The breakdown now adds up to the number on screen and includes the districts you completed, which were missing from it entirely.

Your objective names what the city actually needs right now — homes that are cut off, or homes still waiting on a park, school or hospital — instead of repeating the same line all run. And your best score sits beside your current one, so you can finally tell whether a run is going well.

Parks also work at one consistent distance everywhere. The board used to highlight homes just outside the range that actually paid, which made the rule impossible to learn by playing.

City Run is here: a scored, unlimited mode where the council offers you a city policy every few turns, so every run develops its own character. Your score is now your population, and when traffic runs high the worst congestion sources pulse right on the board so you can see what to fix. A happy city earns you free removals, an advisor introduces each daily challenge, your citizens write back when a run ends, and completed dailies build a skyline on the home screen. Now playable in English, Italian and Spanish.

Daily Challenges now include checkpoints, medals, and mastery progress. Enjoy refined city artwork and themes, clearer placement previews, smoother layouts on smaller screens, expanded Italian localization, and reliability improvements for saved runs and reminders.
