## What is One More?

Build a routine, watch the movement and record your sets in One More.

• 59 exercises with 71 videos downloaded on demand. First playback needs internet; cached videos can play offline until cleared or evicted.
• Create, reorder and duplicate routines, or start with a template.
• Record weight and reps; see previous completed sets.
• Use an adjustable rest timer and resume an unfinished workout after reopening.
• Review your completed sessions and exercise progress.
• Choose kg or lb, light or dark appearance, and one of eight languages.
• Export or import a versioned JSON backup.

No account is needed. Training records stay in the local database; device backups follow your operating-system settings. One More is a workout log, not medical advice or personal coaching.

One More Plus
Detailed progress, personal records, program comparisons, weekly reports, unlimited routines and no ads.
Plus offers monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase when available in your store. All plans unlock the same Plus features. Monthly and yearly plans renew unless cancelled through your store account before renewal; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is one payment without automatic renewal. The selected plan’s full localized price and billing period appear before purchase. Manage subscriptions in your store account. Restore with the same store account; cross-platform transfer is not promised.
