It’s the worst app I’ve ever used on my phone. It freezes every job and I have to delete and redownload the app just to get it to work.

App and scheduling is set up and scheduled for ultimately for maintenance technician failure.

This app does one thing well and it’s SLOW you down. Regardless of your own scheduling and team operations, if you’re doing work for Lessen, you’re required to use this terrible app. Something awesome about this app is if you’re required to service a property every two weeks and your service lands awkwardly for 3 times in a month, you’re apparently unable to schedule the work order which throws of your entire business schedule and makes reoccurring scheduling run late. The people that designed this app likely have never run certain business types they are trying to accommodate and don’t understand basic procedures. It’s unaccommodating and a pain in the butt. Also, this company owes us $700 and is yet to pay a dime.

We sweep parking lots at night when there’s no one there, and Chase insists we use this app to provide proof of service including photos. However, it cannot accommodate overnight service and our employees cannot reliably access the work orders. Terrible!

Absolutely trash..  this app is using and storing 39.32G of my storage and I cannot clean it up and it’s pissing me off. It’s the second highest app using my storage space (my music being number 1)
