This company is a fraud.  Booked Union  Row in Washington DC, no way to access via app.  No customer service.  Company is the worst.  Avoid at all cost, use SpotHero…

No answer, the app does not work, impossible to get help

Park there and now the time keeps running not knowing if I’m being charge more . Call corporate and they cannot help me call the lot manager no answer send email responds after 4 attempts to tell me it won’t be fix into a tech comes in the time still running on the app as I write this review . Was there 8 hrs im at 19 right now Terrible don’t come here terrible service .
