### 2/5 — Not user friendly

*2026-07-22, version 17.11.0*

It’s very basic and I can’t find the perks for my membership. Your perks tab is not available on the app.

### 2/5 — needs improvement

*2026-07-01, version 17.11.0*

Conveniently cannot cancel from app. Amount of lead time to cancel is pretty ridiculous. Typical way to squeeze an extra few bucks out of customers. Would “Pass” on this service.

### 2/5 — Average app, perks & gyms are declining though 🤦🏻‍♂️

*2026-05-15, version 17.10.0*

Was a good selection of gyms but the very very basic plans. Chuze gyms just told me I could only use the original location I signed up with. That must have just changed in the last few days. I would imagine more May do the same! It was nice to go to a gym closer to my job, my school or when in a different town, but now it is getting limited! :(

### 2/5 — Great options, constantly need to login

*2026-04-15, version 17.8.0*

Every time I launch the app, I’m forced to re-authenticate, with full 2-step auth, despite checking both the “remember my username” and “trust this device” boxes.

### 1/5 — DOESN’T. WORK.

*2026-04-11, version 17.7.0*

Whatever this is, it’s completely broken. It doesn’t fit the full screen. You have to log in with username, password, and phone number, but there’s no keyboard so you have to type in notes app and c/p it into the app. Then it told me I didn’t have access to the portal when I do on the website. Just useless.

### 1/5 — Worst

*2026-04-10, version 17.7.0*

Very confusing. Very complicated you have to keep signing into this and that.

### 1/5 — No way to cancel

*2026-04-06, version 17.7.0*

I’ve searched high and low, looked at the chat topics, and there is no simple, straightforward way to cancel this membership.

### 1/5 — Inconvenient App

*2026-04-04, version 17.7.0*

Service itself is amazing, the app is difficult and inconvenient. There’s no option to stay logged in or enable biometric login. There’s selection “trust this device” does nothing because you have to receive a one time passcode every time. If you want to do anything for your plan or membership, you can’t do it within the app, the app just opens a portal to the mobile website which makes you put in your username and password and receive a One Time Passcode again. There’s pretty much no point to having the app, just go to the mobile site since that’s where you have to do everything anyways

### 1/5 — I keep getting an error message when I try opening it

*2026-04-02, version 17.7.0*

First time user and it’s already giving me problems

### 3/5 — It’s fine.

*2026-04-01, version 17.7.0*

Annoying I have to sign in every time and I can’t register for things all in one place. It’s user friendly in that it’s easy to find a gym, but just can be inconvenient.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2026-03-30, version 17.7.0*

If there is an ability to add other kinds of workouts, I haven’t been able to find it. Everything I do is outdoors and there’s hardly any outdoor stuff on there. Apparently they don’t think it’s safe for us old people to be out there riding bicycle.

### 1/5 — App login has never worked

*2026-03-28, version 17.7.0*

I don’t know if it’s how they intended for this app to work, but all it does is redirect to the website to log in and browse available partners in the area.

### 1/5 — Fix Login

*2026-03-26, version 17.7.0*

Multiple logins required daily and never remembers 2FA. This app is unusable if you don't fix the basic login problem

### 1/5 — Poor reporting

*2026-03-26, version 17.7.0*

Data collection is extremely poor. Setup of external apps leaves much to be desired.

### 1/5 — Terrible Experience

*2026-03-14, version 17.6.0*

Too many things to list, top of mind:

1. Does not save login credentials even if you elect to have them saved.

2. The login experience happens outside of the app, it forces you to open a browser to complete a login

3. Once in the app navigating is soppy and not very intuitive.

### 1/5 — Log In Impossible

*2026-03-12, version 17.6.0*

It is impossible to login. Authentication code never comes through via text, call, or email. I kind of want my money back 😬

### 2/5 — Not enough low impact online

*2026-03-09, version 17.6.0*

Cannot find a way to access online courses that address my personal limitations. No chair or standing exercises. No way to change initial preferences. Too many floor e exercises.

### 1/5 — Login headaches

*2026-02-27, version 17.4.0*

It doesn’t matter how many times you try to have it remember your device, you always have to run through the 2fa authentication process. They just need to make it the simpler face login to access the app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not great

*2026-08-10, version 17.11.0*

You can not go back and add your exercise . Which means you have to check in every single day. Some of us have doctors appointments and test then workouts and exercise. After that plus household chores I am too tired to check in every single dang day.

### 1/5 — So far it sucks

*2026-08-05, version 17.11.0*

It doesn’t tell you how to apply using One Pass for a membership at a gym. It only links you to the gym’s website. The choice of activities to log externally is very limited. You cannot log water workouts. can’t pair Google Health premium with my phone. The instruction and coordination is absolutely terrible. Not User Friendly

### 1/5 — Horrible Login Process

*2026-07-30, version 17.11.0*

Constantly logging me out and then having to reset my password.

### 1/5 — One pass review

*2026-07-16, version 17.11.0*

This is the worst app and service I have ever used

### 1/5 — 1 Star

*2026-07-13, version 17.11.0*

1 Star

The One Pass app is extremely frustrating to use. I have to sign in multiple times before it finally recognizes that my login information is correct. It’s not a password issue—the app just doesn’t seem to process the credentials consistently. An app that’s supposed to make things easier shouldn’t require repeated login attempts every time. This needs to be fixed because it’s a terrible user experience.

### 1/5 — Web page, not app.

*2026-06-24, version 17.11.0*

It’s only here to scrape info from you

### 1/5 — Horrible management

*2026-06-19, version 17.11.0*

You cannot manage this app at all everything is so confusing it’s horrible. The developers who worked on this app should feel ashamed anything I attempt to do takes me forever to figure out. You can’t even change your payment type there is no option what so ever very disappointing app.

### 1/5 — I can’t book anything

*2026-05-09, version 17.9.0*

I can’t book anything

### 1/5 — Have never been able to access it

*2026-05-08, version 17.9.0*

Can’t tell because I can’t use it. I have tried several times and every single time it tells me I’m taking too long and times me out. There’s no point in calling any of the phone numbers because the only option they offer you is to give you your membership number which I already have.

### 1/5 — The Worst

*2026-04-23, version 17.8.0*

Used a lot of fitness programs through Medicare advantage providers for nearly 10 yrs, and so far this is the absolute worst. There’s no search for local gyms, no linkage to the gym’s app, no incentives for x number of workouts/wk or mo, nothing of benefit or guidance. Not even a single word about the heart rate zones that look nothing like any I’ve seen in my fitness apps. I thought apple fitness was horrible until I found this app via my plan provider. Only thing of benefit is the IDnumber.
