My #1 pain point is I always forget my swipe. Who carries a wallet anymore? Also, the UX on this app is pretty terrible. You should hire a better design and engineering agency. I’ve tried to do it in person but they told me to do it via this app. I believe there’s an intentional error in the app which doesn’t allow uploading supporting documents (even though the doc size Iş as little as 300 kB).
