Previously, I was able to browse and select classes from multiple locations at once, but now I have to choose them one by one, which is quite frustrating. App updates should make life easier, not more complicated. I would also like the app to display the instructor’s profile photo, like the old version did. It made it easier to recognize and choose classes. In addition, the app is very unstable and loads extremely slowly. It really needs urgent improvement. ### 1/5 — Bring back booking at 12pm *2026-02-24, version 109.93* Booking a 6am class or even 6pm while I’m at work is extremely difficult. Can’t add anything to calendar, ugly dated fonts, waitlist doesn’t even work, can’t see instructors that are taking the class anymore & can’t add to ur calendar What was the point in the change???? ### 2/5 — Worse than the old app *2026-02-23, version 109.93* The new app doesn’t allow to display schedules of different locations at the same time, which was the best feature of the old one. The history wasn’t transferred from the old app so you don’t know how many classes you’ve attended and which ones and that use to be a motivation feature for me. The old app was more intuitive. It’s great that the new one shows the amount of spots left per class but it shows as well waitlist although somehow doesn’t give you the option to join them. ### 2/5 — ‘Waitlist’ feature *2026-02-23, version 109.93* Good that now we can see how many spots available but when a class is full, what’s a ‘Waitlist’ when people can’t actually be on the waitlist...?? I see waitlist when class is full, but no ability to join a waitlist? Unsure how a waitlist can be full - do we need a waitlist for the waitlist too? The waitlist features is not working on classes. My #1 pain point is I always forget my swipe. Who carries a wallet anymore? Also, the UX on this app is pretty terrible. You should hire a better design and engineering agency. Try Bilue. ### 1/5 — Intentional Error for *2026-04-06, version 109.93* I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a while because I’m relocating overseas. I’ve tried to do it in person but they told me to do it via this app. I believe there’s an intentional error in the app which doesn’t allow uploading supporting documents (even though the doc size Iş as little as 300 kB). Really hope the waitlist feature at least will be fixed ### 1/5 — Pure trash from the new OnePlayground app *2026-02-25, version 109.93* My first ever negative Apple review after dealing with mediocre apps my whole life - that should lend an idea as to how terrible this new OnePlayground app is for me and everyone I know using it. Inability to select multiple gyms, no prior history available anymore, prehistoric GUI, can’t look at classes that happened on the same day once a certain time has passed - just a handful of mindboggling features that used to exist which are now defunct. My guess is OnePlayground have gone with a discounted dev team. I’ve never seen a relaunch spectacularly fail on performance & function. The ultimate irony is that the new gym app ironically does not make you want to go to the gym anymore.. ### 1/5 — Where are the improvements *2026-02-25, version 109.93* Still have to understand which are the improvements. A bit slow and It would be great if each class could show an estimated calorie burn. It doesn’t have to be exact, just a rough idea would be really helpful! ### 3/5 — Lack of features from the old app *2026-02-24, version 109.93* Please bring back the check-in feature and event update in the old app so member will be aware of what’s happening in the club.
