App is easy to use and follow. The community plan that I use provides enough guidance that even on my worst days I still can see improvements on my weekly check-ins. The mental health resources I have used in the past week have allowed me to clear my head enough to stay on track and start to reset mentally when I’ve been overwhelmed. It is also extremely easy to track water and meal intake with notifications so I know I am staying within a caloric deficit.
