I was really looking forward to sharing a video of my magical memories from 2024 with my family and friends, but now those memories are just sitting there. I reached out to the app creators via email but haven't received any response. I'm encountering an error message, Error 1004, that prevents me from playing my videos or creating slideshows. It's incredibly frustrating. What makes this situation even more disheartening is the apparent lack of concern from the creators, especially considering I paid for the pro version throughout the year. It feels like a complete waste of money. I've had a much better experience with another 1 Second app that isn't affiliated with this one, so I think I'll be switching back. It would be great to receive a refund for the year during which I've had no access to my content. Unfortunately, the app doesn't allow me to save photos or videos, which is such a shame. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever, don’t download this one!! *2024-12-31, version 2.0* I pay for the yearly fee to be able to capture my baby’s first year and now when my subscription is expiring in 2 days, the app will not combine my videos. I should have known when it started crashing and freezing to leave it. For my daughters first birthday, we had 70+ people for her birthday party, and the end was supposed to be so special with the 1 sec for a year video, but it will not even combine everything.
