What a bad app. Worst ever. ### 1/5 — Software issue *2026-05-22* I hope this issue gets fixed soon. They have proven to be completely unreliable. I cancelled a booking within the allowed timeframe, yet Sobha has been holding my deposit for 5 months. Despite initially dealing with Oulfa Dahoui (Sobha) and Rahul (Rayna Property), I am now being ghosted. • No accountability: No single person is "handling" the case. • Constant delays: The sales department keeps pushing back the refund date. It’s easy for them to take your money, but nearly impossible to get it back.
