The app is very poor. No proper onboarding, many features are not working without special knowledge on how to make them work. Almost every feature needs a lot of try and fail attempts to understand how to make it do what it’s supposed to do. 
Did development team even heard about QA Engineer, testing before deployment and reading user reviews?

This app has only one purpose - annoy the customer. I am still trying to find out its purpose. Compared with what this app is trying to emulate - the One Emaar app - it is a non-starter. 
There is no functionality. 
There is no value addition. 
There is no convenience!
Also, each and every time the app updates, why does it want me to re-register????

I’m sharing this to warn my friends and network: Do not recommend investing with Sobha Realty. They have proven to be completely unreliable.
I cancelled a booking within the allowed timeframe, yet Sobha has been holding my deposit for 5 months. Despite initially dealing with Oulfa Dahoui (Sobha) and Rahul (Rayna Property), I am now being ghosted.
• No accountability: No single person is "handling" the case.
• Constant delays: The sales department keeps pushing back the refund date.
It’s easy for them to take your money, but nearly impossible to get it back. Save yourself the stress and look at other developers. 🚩

It’s quite something to see a reputed developer have an app which does not even have basic functionality.  Completely non functional and of zero use.

As good they can develop their community as bad they develop their app. The app lacks testing with different cases which leads to a problem that you can be stuck just because they forgot to design it for your case. Everyone knows those cases. Their staff knows how the walkarounds. So many cases there are. Sobha just don’t care.

As a software engineer; I am really surprised how can someone develop an app with such low quality. The navigation is not good. The functionality is not good. The only thing is good is the animation. Do a better job or hire a better software company to help you.
