I’ve used other companies before and found them to be more expensive for the same tools within a GPS program. They stole the dash cam, so without power, I couldn’t access the footage to see who it was. OneStep went above and beyond, taking the time to find the screenshots we needed of the person who stole it. Their help will forever be appreciated. Their products work as advertised and help us manage the fleet more efficiently. It just pulls the window down and goes back to the login screen. This is new since last update. Plug the device in, have it activated if it’s not already, install the app and that’s it. NOTE: At this time I havent gotten fancy, as in setting geofences, or alerts for bad driving. I wanted a device that would give me a vehicle location without waiting for 20 minutes. This solution is simple. Log in and look. 5 seconds. I mainly use my computer but when I am on the go and need to see where someone is I can just pull them up on my phone. It allows for to also see where they have been and I can show my employees or customers if there are any problems. Use a different device! ### 1/5 — SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! *2022-07-02, version 2.3* These people are absolutely ridiculous I am asking for them to cancel my subscription three times already and send me a return label for a refund. As soon as I ask that they bounce me around a different “departments” and then clean their gonna send a return label and never do. They keep charging my account and I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. Choose any other company besides this tracker doesn’t work well and they’re Apple operating system is the equivalent of windows 95 ### 1/5 — Beware of this App Very Dangerous *2022-04-23, version 2.2* Not only does this app not work well it does automatic shut offs on our rental boats in bay causing customers and there family’s to be stranded dangerously out on water luckily the fire department was able to cut one of the wires to get it to stop turning on and off leaving out in middle of bay in dark with no lights.. please avoid this app and the people that work there they continue to blame us and not take responsibility. The app sends false geo fence notifications that our boats are roaming around in middle of night I called the water police got the police department looking for a boat out on water thinking it was stolen. Luckily they didn’t charge me after we discovered it was app going hay wire! ### 2/5 — GPS tracker *2025-01-30, version 3.0.5* I’ve had one tracker fail had to return it. The screen when you’re tracking your equipment will freeze, and it doesn’t update right away or it might take up to 20 minutes. i’m the owner of my company and it’s stressful when you can’t see where your guys are at. ### 2/5 — Does no good when the vehicle and dash cam are stolen *2023-12-26* Footage isn’t uploaded to a cloud where you can access it if the vehicle/camera is stolen and unplugged. Very sad to find this out too late. You were only able to access it when the van was on and didn’t have audio as well.
