Received items that were damaged. No customer service response.

Order a few items and quickly realized and true European they MANY items are NOT made in Germany. Made in other countries which means different quality vs truly made in Germany. Other countries allow different chemicals, ingredients, colors to be included. Some items are Aldi, Lidl quality or origin based on checking UPC code. VERY little products are actually imported directly from German, place with true quality.

I tried them for the first time and they took almost an entire week just to prepare the order to get it shipped. I had to email them two times as they still didn’t ship it they just created a label. The second time they told me it was shipped, but USPS showed that they never even dropped it off yet. After complaining a third time, they finally shipped the product about a week later. I don’t find them very trustworthy.

I have Ben shopping with them for a long time and I never hat any problems ore any orders  very happy with all my orders and shipping items
