Absolutely amazing app!! I’ve had a hard time training at home and even finding a good video or app to guide me until I found One Two Hook, hearing new and different combinations every workout has really helped build my confidence and stamina. Seeing the videos explaining step by step what to do for footwork has made me more comfortable when sparring. Can’t wait to see how far One Two Hook takes me!

I’ve been boxing for 5 years now and I can’t always get to my gym but I started using this app and I love the customization and ease of using the app. I never get bored with the workouts and I’m always drenched afterwards! The dog breaks are super cute as well. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced boxer, I really enjoy how this app tailors to your needs. I recommend it highly. It’s affordable, too, which is great!

I can finally have a randomized class every time I workout! I hate doing the same workout videos every time. Instead, I get to put the variety I want for that day... more focus on legs, you can do that! more focus on weights, that too! I can mix it up, all in one spot. I've actually taken the live classes in North Hollywood, and the app is just like Jonathan's class! It's always a killer workout. And my favorite part... I get to listen to my own music at the same time! This app is definitely worth a try.
