YOUR MONEY, WHERE IT SHOULD BE Adding money to your wallet now works properly. Bank transfers into your One Universe account number reach your wallet straight away, card top-ups go through, and you'll get a notification the moment your money lands. Deposits that had already arrived but still showed as "pending" now show correctly as paid. KNOW WHEN YOUR PROVIDER IS COMING Once you accept a quote, a live countdown shows how long your provider has to reach you. If they need a little longer, you can give them extra time. If they don't turn up, you can cancel and get your money back — and we'll show you other providers for the same service straight away, so you're not starting over. SIGN IN THE EASY WAY Fingerprint and Face sign-in are back, and they're more secure than before — your password is no longer kept on your phone at all. SMALLER IMPROVEMENTS • Stronger protection for the personal details you share with us • A clearer prompt when a new version of the app is available • Various fixes to keep the app steady and responsive ### 1.1.3 — 2026-08-01 PAYMENTS YOU CAN CHECK Sellers now see the 5% transaction fee as its own line on every quote, along with the exact amount they'll receive once it's deducted. The matching fee, which only buyers pay, no longer appears on the seller's side. Every fee and total now shows to two decimal places. Amounts used to be rounded to whole naira, which could make a small fee disappear entirely and left figures looking like they didn't add up. They add up now. Sellers also receive their full payment in a single release the moment the buyer confirms the job is complete, rather than in two separate parts. FIND THE RIGHT PROVIDER FASTER Search now brings premium providers to the top of your results, and it understands closely related words. Searching "barber" now also finds providers listed under "barbing" or "barbers" — results that simply weren't appearing before. REFERRALS AND COUPONS Your referral code now stays active after you've earned your reward coupon, so you can keep inviting people. You'll get an email and a notification the moment you earn a coupon, and coupons are clearly marked as single use so you know where you stand. CLEARER CANCELLATIONS Cancelling a booking now asks for a reason before you can submit. If a booking has gone too far to be cancelled, the app explains why in plain language and tells you what to do instead, rather than showing a confusing error. We've also fixed a problem that wrongly told some members they weren't allowed to cancel their own bookings.
