This app and X’s ability to coach a community of people have been helping me gradually change my lifestyle habits. 

Highly reccomend 3 months to start because it helps you build your own routine and track results. Which in turn allows you to tweak things for you to be successful in the long run.

Downloaded and start changing your lifestyle to the active lifestyle you have been wanting.

No time like the present.
