1/26/25 - Pastor Hank JUST SAID go watch Wednesday’s service, I’ve been trying for days & it says unavailable for playback. Also this weeks Game changers isn’t available either. 
1/23/25 - please fix this date situation. We don’t know what dates the prophecies were given because you can’t see the whole dates please fix this. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

11/12/24 - FYI: the apples tv app isn’t working for 24/7 worship, but iPhone app is. Went down sometime on Sunday. 
11/11/24 - P.S. we also can no longer see if it’s 1st or 2nd service, (so we can watch the episode in on demand).
🤔 11/9/24 ~ Hey everybody, I love this channel & use it everyday, so just a few things you may not realize: 1. Sometimes the channel will stop, & the screen say’s something to the effect of playback unavailable. 
2. When you spell out the month (in the title for a schedule on the 24/7 live) it’s so long we can’t see the rest of the date, which we need if we want to go into on demand & watch more of that service, the older uploads were dated in the short way, example: 11/9/24, & then (as long as the title isn’t too long, we can see the whole date, & then we know which service it is & can go to on demand & watch more of that service. I’ve done this in the past, that’s why the new uploads were, yes a blessing, but can’t see the dates, because September was spelled out 🤷🏻‍♀️ can you please consider this & maybe adjust accordingly? 💜🙏🏻🖖🏻🇺🇸🌎

2/3/25 - 👉🏻date & which service, still not visible, with ALL THESE Prophecies that is a BIG DEAL, (Pastor Hank ALWAYS DATES HIS Prophecies because he knows it’s important) please fix this💜 (dropping stars to get someone to read/fix this, I brought this to your attention the minute you change the date format because it makes the date & which service, no longer visible. That was Sept, many Months ago. 
2/2/25 - 9:45 am, 👉🏻ok, so I’m watching the worship channel & Pastor Hank says a prophecy that I had not heard,(we no longer SEE when the prophecies where given, because you changed the date format, old format PLEASE = 1/2/25) or which service (1st/2nd) so we can’t go to on-demand to let hubby see it, YES, THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM THAT DESPERATELY NEEDS TO BE FIXED🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

👉🏻P.S. 7/2/24 -isn’t it flat out insane that Christian continuous play channels, are either disappearing or not working❓ but the secular stuff still works❓

👉🏻UPDATE: 6/29/24 - (normally 5* stars- but trying to get your attention to fix this): Ok, I don’t know what to say about this, it’s been over a week since I reported it. I have uninstalled & reinstalled both the iPhone app & the Apple TV app, & nothing changed. I checked the play issues with a stopwatch, no song plays for long, ALL play for less than 30 seconds, & once it cycles thru the segments it goes again. I used to listen everyday, so I miss it working. I don’t know why these issues aren’t being corrected. I’m out of ideas, except keep submitting reviews. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 👉🏻UPDATE: 6/28/24 - YES IT IS STILL HAPPENING, been over a week, since I tried to let you know. 👉🏻UPDATE: 6/26/24 - YES ITS STILL DOING IT. 👉🏻UPDATE: HEY Y’all ITS ON APPLES TV & the ios app‼️‼️‼️ 👉🏻Update: FYI: it’s WAY LESS THAN 30 seconds☹️👉🏻 FYI: Hey yall you have a huge problem in your ios app in the 24 hour praise channel, it’s so bad, I don’t think anyone but me would watch it. It’s like a corrupt upload or something. It plays 30 seconds maybe (middle of the night so I didn’t time it) of a bunch of songs & some of them multiple times. 👉🏻 I can’t believe you took away my praise channel 😭 I used every day, nearly 24/7, & it’s completely gone on my iphone. Every other praise app went away years ago, they you guys made an app & then hit the ball out of the park with praise & words from the Lord & now it’s gone???

I have one frustrating issue. Once I select “Watch online,” I can’t get out! I have to RESET my iPad and re-enter the App and select a different option IF there is nothing to view LIVE. If it’s the App, I hope it gets fixed. If it’s me, I hope someone can help me.

- FYI: so I tried to use the Samsung version of your TV app, it’s non-functioning 
- Why are the dates of the services GONE❓ so I had to go see family over a weekend & am now trying to find a specific date for the service I missed & they’re NO LONGER DATED❓ This includes get real with Hank too❓ this is making it difficult to find the one I missed of the week’s services, can you please put back the dates❓ 
- I miss the prophesies on the worship channel, but hubby says it’s easier to sleep to with just the music (I play it on overnight & during the day).

👉🏻 I’ve been begging for the day issue to be fixed for over a year, just realize it’s even worse on the phone. I used to be able to share these episodes, & prophecies , but without being able to see the date. How am I supposed to do that? And Sunday experience is taken up a lot of the spacing when you have one & two services on Sunday you can’t see which one it was, that & the date. With the prophecies being involved, this is even more important than people seem to realize I don’t understand why nobody realizes this.
