עברית למטה: First of all English support is extremely limited and the application itself loads slow and sluggish, takes time to respond and doesn’t have dark mode for an online bank. This should be the leading first digital only back, but it is not.

קודם כל התמיכה באנגלית מוגבלת ביותר והאפליקציה עצמה נטענת לאט, לוקח זמן להגיב ואין מצב ״חשוך״ כשהטלפון במצב לילה/שחור . זה אמור להיות הקודקוד הראשון לבנקים במיוחד באפליקציה כי זה רק און ליין , אבל זה לא.

There is only one bank in the world when you need to know Hebrew to complete voice verification witch doesn’t work at all. I had been spending two days to record some Hebrew words, got nothing and deleted this terrible application. All support center on Hebrew, no english language even! How is it possible in 21 century in online banking?

I sent a request for opening an account about two months ago, some time after a bank representative called me and confirmed that everything is ok and they will call me later to explain further actions. Since that they haven't called or written me. I won't be a client for this bank sonce it doesn't pay any attention to client relations.

אני מנסה למצוא דרך לתקשר איתם כבר יותר משנה. ענו לי למייל אחד מתוך רבים, בדיליי של כמה חודשים, בלי שום תשובה קונקרטית או פתרון לבעיה. פשוט בדיחה. והסתמכות על הצ׳אט של פייסבוק זה לא פתרון - לחלקנו אין פייסבוק.

Looks like it is not so hard to make a good digital bank nowadays. Just make as Revolt/Citi/etc. And may be, add some extra. But OZ fail just to reproduce an existing services of another banks. Even non-bank credit cards are better than cards of One Zero. User interface is worst UI/UX. And there are no any bank office where you could fix a problem with bank. One zero is a bank zero.

האפליקציה גרועה ביותר.
יש תקלות התחברות ואין דרך נורמלית לתקן את הבעיה, חייב להתקשר מהטלפון של בעל החשבון (ואם נמצאים בחול אתם למעשה נדפקים לגמרי כי אין אפשרות כלל להתקשר למספר המקוצר שהוא היחיד שהם מספקים, גם אם יש לכם חבילה סלולרית)
הם לא תומכים בצ׳אט בוואטסאפ ומעבירים אתכם שוב לאפליקציה שגם ככה חסומה, האפליקציה לא שימושית למשתמש חוץ מצפיה במצב נתון.
האפליקציה לא אומרת לכם מה מקור התקלות אלא משתמשת בשפה לא ברורה כמו תקלה או שגיאה שמובנת רק למוקדנים.
