Can never change tempature cause connection error. Frustrating to deal with. ### 2/5 — Unresponsive *2025-02-21, version 1.8.2* Used this app for about a year so far and it worked as expected when controlling the thermostat. Now the app times out anytime I try to turn the heat on or off. I do not receive notifications for new messages from my condo until I manually check the tab within the app. I would prefer it if the notification alerts were visually represented on the main screen. Additionally, having pop-up notifications that immediately inform me of new posts as soon as they are received would be beneficial. ### 1/5 — Always connection error *2024-07-12, version 1.6.0* The connection is unstable and often not work when you need it! ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work when you need it. *2024-06-18, version 1.6.0* I often get a black screen with an infinite loading icon. The only work around is to un install and reinstall the app. The thermostat configuration can’t be changed from the app, it gets stuck in an infinite loading icon too. I have also gotten multiple false unit alarms. What is supposed to be a quality of life improvement has become to me another source of concerns and frustration. ### 2/5 — Bugs *2024-06-18, version 1.6.0* After updated the app, I can not control any thing inside room. This seems to have happened for others I have spoken to in the community. ### 4/5 — App is good - lacks widgets and Apple Watch app *2025-07-08, version 1.10.0* App since moving to my new condo seems to work more reliably. Previously attempting to sign up or log into account would not work, which made me doubt how effective this will be. This app however lacks widgets which I think are important. To ensure you can access important stuff with a click of a button instead of opening the app. Also Apple Watch app would be helpful if you want to unlock your door, or open a specific room in your building that’s favourited. ### 4/5 — Locked/Unlocked indicator *2024-11-16, version 1.7.2* The app is pretty good for smart home but could you add the feature that show in the app that the door is locked or unlocked currently there is just one indicator that shows the door is opened/closed ### 4/5 — App is ok *2024-03-21, version 1.4.3* There is an option for the blinds but that doesn’t work.
