## What is one2three Studio?

one2three turns an idea into a finished, narrated video — entirely on your iPhone.

Work the way an editor does, one step at a time:

IDEA — Describe a niche, get sharp episode concepts, pick the one worth making.
SCRIPT — A scene-by-scene script with narration and a visual brief for every shot.
STILLS — A cinematic keyframe per scene, regenerate any you don't like.
ANIMATE — Turn approved stills into motion clips.
VOICE — Narration recorded scene by scene, so the captions land on the words.
MERGE — Clips, narration, music bed, your logo and burned-in captions, assembled into the final cut.

NOTHING IS EVER OVERWRITTEN
Every regeneration becomes a new version. Step back through the history at any time, and pick up exactly where you left off — even after force-quitting.

CHANNELS ARE BRANDS
Each channel carries its own niche, accent colour, logo, voice, aspect ratio and model choices. Run several at once without them bleeding into each other.

PICK THE RIGHT MODEL
The model list is live. Clip length and resolution options come from the model you actually chose, so you never request a length the provider will reject.

DRIVE IT FROM A BROWSER
Turn your iPhone into a studio server and run the whole pipeline from any browser on the same Wi-Fi. Nothing leaves your network.

YOUR KEY, YOUR FILES
Generation runs through your own OpenRouter key, stored in the Keychain. Everything you make stays on your device, organised into folders per episode. There is no account and no server holding your work.

one2three Pro removes the free episode limit. Generation is billed by OpenRouter to you directly.

one2three Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
