## What is O'Neal Directory?

The O'Neal Directory can be used to search and filter physician/providers and their contact information within the health care network.

• Searching and Filtering allow the user to find physician/providers by Name, Location, Specialty and Role.
• Results will initially display the physician/provider practice location, site number, and individual specialties.
• In order to view the physician/provider contact information, the user must login to their UAB Medicine registered account.
• If an account has not been created, the user can select the "Sign Up For An Account" option within the physician/provider details view to request a new account to be created.

### 1.05 — 2025-09-02

• Location and Specialty filters now allow for multi-select options.
• Support for sms passcode autofills when signing in.

### 1.04 — 2025-04-17

- New "Sign Up For An Account" option within the physician/provider details view
- This new sign up view requires the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Facility Name of the new user upon request.
- When the new user account is submitted, the new user request will be sent to an admin for approval before granting the ability to login.

Fix for white screen failure on provider loading.

### 1.02 — 2024-11-16

• Patch for fix on navigating to "Sign In" screen from "Providers List" preventing the ability to sign in.

### 1.01 — 2024-11-06

• Removal of unused roles filter in the filter selections.
• Replacement "Login" and "Logout" Icons in the top right of the header nav bar, replacing the previous hamburger menu design.
• Provider/Physician location and personal phone number formats have been updated.
