I like to set up my appointments online it makes it much easier. Now I will have to call to schedule an appointment, this isn’t anything new. This is every time I login do you think y’all could fix this bug? ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-04-01, version 2.2.04* This app makes me want to not continue to give blood. Fix your app. I can’t even explain what it’s doing (or not doing). Ridiculous. Sent a message to OneBlood to correct- to date nothing back from them. I can’t get into the app because it does not accept my username and password it asks for code to text or email but locks up so I can’t put in any code. Yet again I can’t sign in. It says it has sent my email a password change link but no email ever arrived. I like having the app as a way to check eligibility to donate but the bugs are still there. But now it doesn’t work at all I’ve missed 2 appts because of this app. Nobody can help , ever since OneBlood took over it’s run so horrible. I am a regular platelet and blood donor to one blood and to make my appointments through the Internet, and I was happy to download the app, thinking it would be useful, however, it’s proven to be annoying and totally useless! the app doesn’t work! Having an account and logging in it does nothing I’ve deleted it and read downloaded it and it still doesn’t work! It’s inconvenient to make an appointment. Does not speak well for the company, even though I still donate blood to them. Decided to check to see if there was an app. Downloaded it and it’s so much easier to see all your info and schedule. Just one minor glitch if on an iPhone. After they text a code to your phone the submit button is hidden under the text keyboard. Just hit the return key and the keyboard drops down and you can press submit. ### 5/5 — Works great. Simple. *2026-01-09, version 2.4.01* I don’t see any of the reported issues. Initial login had a minor hitch. Nothing to get a mental wedgie over. My data instantly migrated into app. Usability is better than average. Intuitive navigation. Shows all the info I want, but the only issue is I can’t schedule an appointment for the Big Red Bus. I can only find appointments for the donation centers. If this was due to the last update, it should be fixed to eliminate this need. When I try to make an appointment, I have to hunt on a map to find the donor center I always use. One should be able to enter a zip code and have nearby donor centers pop up in order of proximity. It must be updated to use FaceID to login! I don’t remember my password or have time to look it up every time I want to schedule a donation, and this has delayed my scheduling appointments at a time when there are blood shortages. The app desperately needs to be updated to use Face ID.
