Imagine using a shopping on demand service because you are busy and them canceling your order because you don’t answer the phone. Perhaps you’re in a meeting or on a business call (which is why you need the service in the first place) and they cancel but DONT refund your order. This is the most ridiculous frustrating experience ever.
