You will have no recourse, and will not be able to get your money back. ### 1/5 — No PayPal *2020-05-31, version 2.11.4* Add support for PayPal ### 2/5 — Service disappointing *2020-05-15* Don’t get me wrong, the interface of the app itself is great, as well as the range of products. But that’s about it. I made an order on the 5th of May, for delivery on the 14th. It did not arrive, had not even been properly processed until the 15th. And then half of the items I ordered IN ADVANCE were not in stock. Highly disappointed. ### 1/5 — Don’t use if you have promo codes *2020-05-02, version 2.10.4* I had a promo code for this app which is why I even downloaded and used it. When they delivered the stuff they got rid of my promo code and charge me for the full amount. ### 2/5 — The new app is a fail for me *2019-07-20, version 2.7* The shopping regions have changed so now I don’t get FitChef because I fall in a Clicks region instead of a Dischem region, there are still spelling mistakes in the product descriptions and the cart product counter is still inaccurate after a couple of upgrades after launching the new app. And STILL no eBucks earn or spend. The functionality was better on the old app. Its back to Woolworths online shopping for me because delivery is cheaper and OneCart doesn’t offer me anything extra anymore :( ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Saved by others reviews *2025-07-22, version 3.4.0* I quit my checkout after reading the reviews of people not receiving their orders or refund and support ignored them 🤣🤣 thank yall for saving me I did shop a lot imagine the heartbreak if I don’t receive ### 1/5 — Inexplicably stupid and dishonest *2025-02-02, version 3.2.3* If they don’t deliver your order they keep your money. Criminally dishonest. Imagine using a shopping on demand service because you are busy and them canceling your order because you don’t answer the phone. Perhaps you’re in a meeting or on a business call (which is why you need the service in the first place) and they cancel but DONT refund your order. This is the most ridiculous frustrating experience ever. Why can’t they just deliver your darn order without needing hand holding? ### 1/5 — Poorest on line shopping app!!!!!!! *2024-06-12, version 3.1.4* I placed my order on the 6th of June for 1100 rands until now the 12th of June order is still not delivered and there is no refund,on the app status it says order delivered ,but there was no delivery done,that was lunch box snacks for my kids ,my kids are going to school without their snacks .l spoke to Sabelo one of their customer service representative and he/she promised to refund my money the following day but that was not done . When l contact them there is no answer ,l am so so so disappointed with this online app ONE CART PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Can not fulfill their commitments *2023-10-07, version 3.0.8* Latest order is the final straw, they take your order, for a delivery timeslot, and then past the time(despite messages throughout saying it was being shopped), they bump it to the next day delivery. The whole purpose of the app is same day delivery. The order never showed up, called customer service 5 times and couldn’t get through to anyone. Reached out on twitter and got no response. Awful company with awful service. ### 1/5 — Opportunistic *2020-06-12, version 2.11.6.1* I was charged a delivery fee even though I cancelled an order because some stock was not available. They got their little cut but I will never order from them again. I placed my order for Pick n Pay on OneCart, which in itself was very easy to do. My personal shopper, Eugene, messaged me on WhatsApp, to inform me of items out of stock AND suggested alternatives. The order arrived on the day they promised, albeit a few hours later than planned, which is totally understandable in the current set of circumstances. However, using the app can be frustrating when searching for a product I know the store has it doesn’t list it. Also it shuts down or cuts out in the middle of my shop. Opened it for the very first time after download, selected “ask app not to track” and then a list of everything I’d recently ordered from Woolies appeared. Privacy fail. ### 2/5 — It was good in the beginning *2020-06-03, version 2.11.6* The service is fast but is more expensive than to buy directly to the store that is fine because they can bring you the same day of your order. What I don’t like and that is why I’m not using more is, when you have a credit (normally you have it because not all the products’r in stock and they charge you before to get it) they don’t return you directly to your credit card (in the same payment), If you want to money back you have to put your bank account (South Africa). In the beginning wasn’t like that, the money goes to previews payment, I feel like i always I need to use Onecart to get my money back but the true is, I’ll never will get my money back if I decided to don’t use anymore.
