## What is OneCheck?

Did I lock the door? Is the stove really off? OneCheck helps you break the loop of walking back to check.

Record the moment once — the key turning, the click of the lock — and when the urge to re-check comes, wait out a short mindful delay and watch your recording instead of going back.

HOW IT WORKS
• Capture a routine moment as a photo (or a short clip with OneCheck+)
• When an urge hits, OneCheck first asks you to pause — a breathing delay you choose yourself
• Then watch the recording and answer your own validation question ("Was the door really locked?")
• One confirmation per recording — a new recording starts fresh, and there are no streaks or scores

• Recordings never auto-play
• "I'm not sure" gives exactly one extra viewing, never a shortcut around the delay
• An urge log and reflections help you notice patterns

• The breathing background during the wait is now clearly visible, so you can breathe along instead of looking for the effect.
• A recording now counts as a confirmation straight away — your routine no longer says "not checked yet" right after you made it.
• Tiles and history show when you confirmed. While you wait, you can see how often you already checked and confirmed this recording.
• Insights now shows how many checks you did, alongside how many of those you confirmed.
• The app icon follows light, dark and tinted Home Screens.
• Fixed: the "View photo" button only responded when you tapped exactly on the text.
