### 3/5 — Slow

*2026-01-04, version 4.3.34*

This app is really helpful for work, but that is only when I can get the app to load on my phone. I have to wait a minimum of 5 minutes just to see the opening screen on the app and I have to slowly use the app for 15 minutes until it will start working at a reasonable speed. I have to click icons multiple times for it to register, and it takes about 3-5 minutes for it to register. The app is great and is very helpful for work but it is extremely slow to a point where it is not useful for me on shift.

### 3/5 — Please add this

*2025-10-03, version 4.3.26*

This app still needs a lot of fixing, but if you could add the ability to mute specific chats, that would be great. There are some chats that are important to check, but I don’t need a notification for every single time an employee puts a message in them. Thanks.

### 3/5 — updates are usually quite bad

*2025-02-19, version 4.3.6*

It would be funny that every update renders the app more unusable, except for the fact that I have to use this app for work. It would be great if I could actually see the posted positions without another unremovable window blocking half the screen.

### 3/5 — Good until Wasatch release

*2025-02-08, version 4.3.0*

Loved this app until they changed to the Wasatch interface. It’s so hard to see your entire schedule in one look, now you have to scroll to see the whole schedule.

Go back to the old interface! It was better and easier to see everything at once!

### 3/5 — User Interface

*2025-02-08, version 4.3.0*

Begging the developers to bring back old layout/interface. It is absolutely atrocious and a complete 180 from the older version. Also some of the dimensions are very, very weird.

### 3/5 — The redesign

*2024-10-04*

The redesign is ugly and unintuitive on an iphone, it’s also no longer letting me view the original oneclick format

### 3/5 — New update

*2024-08-07, version 4.2.1*

I can’t click out of the side menu on my iPhone , and my team members can’t either

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — took necessary things away

*2025-12-23, version 4.3.31*

Quickly updated the app because it told me too. When I went back to see what my shift was for tomorrow and the days in the week, it no longer gave me the option to switch the day and shift times.

### 1/5 — Cannot see positions on shift

*2025-09-15, version 4.3.26*

When I go to the shift tab on the app I cannot see the positions for who is working where.

### 1/5 — User Interface is Terrible

*2025-07-02, version 4.3.17*

I almost never give one star review two apps, but the UI of this app is just so terrible. The functionality of the app is great, and you can do a lot with it. But come on this app looks horrible, which makes it so hard to use. The UI literally looks like the Internet from the early 2000s. It does not work well especially on a small phone. Unfortunately, I have to use this app for work, but please please fix the UI!

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2025-06-16, version 4.3.14*

This app is not user friendly, has too many glitches, and cannot function. I have tried to give it grace but it does not ever want to work. I try to open a chat… BOOM… my screen is going every which way. I hate you, One Click.

### 1/5 — Shocking UI

*2025-04-16, version 4.3.10*

Wow, the UI is atrocious. Everything is in 5pt font or less, the tabs and info in them is nearly impossible to read and understand, and it’s difficult to find anything useful. Plus, the app is slow-loading, the chat threads don’t refresh properly, and it’s just an overall unpleasant experience.

Some suggestions: make larger info cards with less text. Nest larger groups of information. Use icons and graphics to draw attention to sections. I’d rather see an app with more large sections than trying to cram everything into one page. It’s like reading a website from 2002 at the moment.

### 1/5 — New update is horrible

*2025-02-08, version 4.3.0*

The new update has a terrible layout and is inferior in every way to the legacy version, it’s clunky to use and just looks unappealing. The leadership at my store hate it too

### 1/5 — Latest Update is a nightmare

*2024-08-08, version 4.2.1*

Not only does the new user interface look atrocious, it does not function as it should.
When I open the leftmost side menu to open staffing or checklists, I am unable to close the menu. This requires me to need to restart the application entirely. The last iteration was fine and was actually easy to use and pleasant to look at. Please either do the issue or revert.
Thank you

### 1/5 — New update!?

*2024-08-08*

Who approved this redesign? There is literally no way to swipe back the menu tab when in portrait mode on an iPhone… It’s blocked by the notch….

### 2/5 — New look needs to go back

*2025-02-03, version 4.3.0*

App works fine, but the new look/layout is terrible. At least with other updates you could revert to the old look which was more intuitive and visually appealing.

### 3/5 — Meh

*2026-07-09, version 4.3.38*

Solid app, works for what I need it for, but it keeps updating and now it needs a higher ios which I don't have so I can't use it anymore and they require a newer version that I can't get. So now it's obsolete

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — So annoying

*2026-01-14, version 4.3.34*

I have to use this app everyday, and it is always a pain. Never loads, app always is being updated and each update makes it worse. Please make the app simple, fast, and customizable.

### 5/5 — Review for OneClick

*2025-05-14, version 4.3.12*

This is a good app.

### 5/5 — One Click App

*2025-05-12, version 4.3.12*

Great app and very responsive customer service team. Consummate professionals who embrace change and innovation.

### 5/5 — The best overall app for Chick-fil-A teams.

*2025-05-11, version 4.3.12*

Outstanding app that allows Chick-fil-A teams to leverage planning, strategy and accountability among other things in a way that impacts the entire operation in a positive way.

### 5/5 — Love OneClick!

*2025-04-17, version 4.3.10*

App is constantly being improved, the OneClick team is very responsive and receptive to feedback, helpful, and the utility throughout the restaurant is unlimited. Love the resources, usability, speed of the app. Great app, I don’t know of a better ROI in this realm. 👍

### 5/5 — Quick updates

*2025-03-31, version 4.3.8*

OneClick has taken my feedback and I know countless other leaders and made product improvement. Those improvements have been quick. It’s nice to know I am being heard. Love OneClick.

### 5/5 — Great Application

*2024-09-19, version 4.2.1*

I love all the features and their customer support is awesome!

### 5/5 — All encompassing and simple

*2024-02-25, version 3.8.3*

OneClick has highly simplified many of our systems, putting all of them in one place. Easy to use, highly customizable, and their tech team is very responsive to needs. It has had a huge positive impact on our culture and performance!

### 4/5 — New Layout Not It.

*2024-10-16, version 4.2.5*

Credit where credit is due. They fixed the error of the menu bar not working on iPhones, but unfortunately the new layout isn’t it. It looks good, but doesn’t load nearly as fast as the old when. Whether it’s switching from Front of House to Back of House or looking at the staff list, there is always a delay. Or the need to reset the app all together.
