General performance and stability improvements across the property list and detail screens.

### 3.2.2 — 2025-12-11

Notes Feature Behavior for Logged-Out Users
We’ve updated the property detail screen to keep the “My Notes” section visible for all users, including when they are not signed in.

Logged-out state
The “My Notes” section is shown on every property detail screen.
The notes content is read-only placeholder text; the user cannot type directly.
A clear call-to-action appears: “Sign in to add notes” with a short description:
“Sign in to add personal notes for this property.”
Tapping this button presents our existing sign‑in flow (AuthSheet with Sign in with Apple / Google).
After successful sign-in
Once authentication succeeds, the app automatically:
Detects the new authenticated state.
Initializes the notes for the current property and loads any existing note for that user.
The user now sees:
A TextEditor for entering or editing their personal note for this specific property.
Save and Delete actions to persist or remove their note.
Notes are user-specific and property-specific, stored in our backend (Firebase), and are not shared publicly.
If the user cancels sign-in
If the user dismisses the sign‑in flow or sign‑in fails, they remain logged out.
The detail screen continues to show the non-editable “My Notes” section with the sign-in prompt, and no note is created or modified.
This behavior ensures that:

All users can clearly see that a notes feature exists on the detail screen.
Actual note creation and editing remain gated behind authentication, so personal data is tied to a specific account and not stored anonymously.
