No communication from OneDios beyond giving a complaint number. No customer support. A day before the scheduled visit, I called a Hitachi directly just to confirm - and they said they don’t have a service request from me. Don’t know who is at fault - but their service did not work. ### 1/5 — Not so user friendly *2022-05-09, version 1.3.30* Searching and selecting the model number is a complete mess. There is no easy way to search and select models from the list. For example, if I want to select a LG split ac, I have to scroll all the list. Include a series listing with tonnage and star rating so that people can find models easily. Otherwise, add a search for the list. When I want to include my device in warranty invoice, it leads to the location access for service registration. This app doesnt give the option to escalate the issue. Update: The technician came to the place 2 days after the scheduled date on 1st, so gave 4 stars now. More details on the app, as to whom it is assigned to, and escalation data should be included in the requests/app. ### 4/5 — Nice and health full aap *2022-10-15, version 1.3.30* Very good and reliable service, way better than directly contacting customer care. Service man followed proper precautions of COVID. First i tried to contact customer support of Samsung, which I didn't find helpful. But when I tried on this app, i got my service booked within a minute. Very Easy to use. Great App Guys.
