No one I know who uses onefile can get theirs to work either. It is not a difficult app to design, any entry level developer could make it. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-10-24* Couldn’t do anything ### 1/5 — Worse than before *2024-10-22* I’m not sure why Onefile cannot develop an app that actually works. The web based software works very well, why is this so bad? Really not useful to anyone, and honestly a waste of time for both onefile and the consumer. ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2024-10-21* They find it pretty hard just getting the web version to work properly a lot of the time, so this was no surprise. The app is the most pointless thing and I deleted it instantly. Like others have said you want the options you have online on the go, such as your learner journal. There’s literally nothing on it except your percentage of progress. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Synch’s absolutely zero. I thought it would synch my a/c from laptop to iphone, so I can see my Assessor’s comments at a glance. The app never worked. One star only because is impossible to give 0 star. ### 1/5 — What a shame *2025-12-16, version 2.0.0* This is an exercise in how not to make an app ### 1/5 — Even worse than Smart Assessor *2025-09-02* Completely haphazard when syncing from app to remote and from remote back to app. Either won’t cooperate and throws up multiple errors or leaves audio files and signatures behind and unrecoverable.
