I do wish the app had some additional features like searching classes by name or teacher rather than just the type of class. it can also be a bit jerky - for instance i have had trouble checking into classes and the app does freeze at times. but worth every penny if you go to classes or the gym twice a week. ### 3/5 — Always crashing and not user friendly. *2019-03-11, version 1.15.1* I just signed up and I feel like I’ve been conned. I was all ready to go to the gym but the app keeps crashing. I can’t even open it to checkin. I deleted and downloaded and restarted my phone - still doesn’t work. Also the search function can be improved with more filters ### 4/5 — Love OneFit but wish the app would sort the bugs out *2019-01-26* I LOVE OneFit and I recommend it to all my friends HOWEVER it really needs to have the app sorted out! Very frequent issues sometimes all my classes get wiped sometimes I can’t check in and sometimes it won’t locate any locations near me when I know they are there 😭 if the app were fixed with all these annoying bugs it would be a 6 out of 5 for me. ### 4/5 — Love the last update! *2018-07-16* Have been using the app for about 7-8 months now. The last update to the app was such an improvement! The waiting list and notifications that cancellation is only going to be possible for another 30 mins is a massive improvement! It could definitely still use some improvements in the number of classes you’re allowed to book, they should add the information about the teacher of the class again (as that makes a massive difference), and notifications when the classes you favorite become available for new dates added would be great. But overall great app - i have never worked out so much and had such pleasure in doing so, as you can take so many different classes. Especially love the classes you can take in the park! ### 4/5 — Good overall but recommend one change *2018-05-30* Love using this app but would help to be able to access invoices through it. At the moment you still have to log in on your desktop. Also cannot see upcoming invoices. ### 5/5 — A fitness nomad *2018-05-13, version 1.13.0* At first I wasn’t sure if I would like this service, because I was very devoted to my yoga gym and wasn’t able to continue to go there more than once a week. But a few months in I’m really loving it. I am now doing yoga, dancing, taking weight training classes, and barre and Pilates, nearly every day. Much more variety makes staying fit a lot more fun and adventurous, also a little addictive. The app could be better if they let you keep better track of what you enjoyed and remind you to book ahead for things you particularly enjoy. And I find it annoying that a lot of things are sold out too often, or only offer like 3 spots. I think OneFit could do a better job cultivating gyms to include even more spaces in classes and a larger variety of activities. ### 4/5 — Good app *2018-05-10, version 1.13.0* Overall pretty good but it would be useful to save/ search by favorite instructors. There’s also certain things it seems you can only do on desktop. App check in will fail sometimes, filters for finding classes in favorite studios is not great, but if you email them everything magically gets solved! ### 5/5 — Easy to use and keeps me motivated to work out *2017-10-23, version 1.12.3* A great product over all, and a very responsive team that has helped me with any bugs or issues quickly. While some buttons don't work for me (like filter on desktop, and Barre classes aren't listed in the mobile filter), it is otherwise a very helpful app I use every day to stay fit! Highly recommend ### 5/5 — Gives you freedom to workout allover the city *2017-10-22* Very flexible and great value for the diversity of sports that you can choose from, of the multi pass/multi gym programs I've used in a few cities this one is the best. A few bugs in the app which were resolved by reinstalling; on the whole a really great app, would and have recommended to friends ### 4/5 — Great Service *2017-09-03, version 1.10.2* The service of this app is great. I love the concept and enjoying using the different gyms, yoga studios, and group trainings. I'm withholding a star because the app can be a little buggy and could be built a little better. I.e. When on a specific lesson page, it would be cool if able to link directly to that gym and check out other lesson times, instead of going to the gym directory and searching for the gym to see those other lesson times. However as of March they reduce the times you can do a workout per month from 60 to 16. They say it’s because they want to introduce a fair use policy so everyone can do their favourite worksouts. That’s ok, but why keep the monthly fee the same? It’s easy, these are profit driven individuals that want to squeeze the last penny out of the company. Read carefully what you sign up for. There are better alternatives. I cancelled my membership. I don’t support greed. ### 1/5 — Relies on users to forget canceling - screw then *2019-11-01, version 1.17.11* I cannot recommend any app that relies on people forgetting to cancel to earn money. I know it’s typical and it’s the user’s responsibility to cancel but regardless, screw them for employing this practice. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-05-21, version 1.15.6* I entered my payment information and the screen went blank. Please contact us via info@one.fit and we will jump into solving it for you:) ### 1/5 — Logs me out 2x per week, crashes daily *2019-03-29, version 1.15.2* Love OneFit, do NOT love this buggy app. I have to refresh my authentication at least 1-2 times per week. Sometimes restarting the app fixes it. But often not. The My Schedule tab also hangs about 50 percent of the time, requiring me to quit & restart the app. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Won't even let me log in *2016-08-11* Wouldn't go past the "find your workout" screen to let me see my own schedule. Deleted and reinstalled. Refused to let me in with the correct password. Changed my password. Still didn't let me in. Rubbish! ### 2/5 — Changed for the worse *2020-02-18, version 1.17.22* I recently wrote a very heartfelt review for this app. Unfortunately, due to the recent change in their conditions they do not meet the expectations and standards of what I admired so much. It went from an app that provided up to 60 workouts per month to only 16. For the amount you pay each month, it’s better to find your own gym subscription or find another app. Recommended this program nonstop for 2 years, but I’m not sure I would anymore. ### 2/5 — Fine *2019-12-05* 10eurosis really too much for the fine especially as you need to give 8 hours notice in most cases. Life is a little for hectic and needs more flexibility than that. ### 2/5 — Good but inconsistent *2017-05-13* Sometimes misses calendar additions and other odd things; causes missed workouts. Weird ui at times. Hard to find where to bookmark classes if you want to rejoin weekly. I can’t imagine going back to basic gym membership (which I used to have) after OneFit. This app made my move here much easier, I got to explore the city as I explored the diverse range of classes and sub-cultures of this amazing place.
