I have been trying to access the app for days so I can see what I have booked and it’s constantly loading!!!

It’s always saying loading. Doesn’t matter if I am on cellular or WiFi. Can you fix this?

Would be extremely useful if it wasn’t for the constant crashing. I gave up booking for now

My Pilates studio switched over from Mind Body to this app. The UI is much worse. It’s more difficult to tell class size and availability, no calendar notifications, some button sizes are too small to press (smaller than HIG I’m pretty sure), and overall a way less polished experience.

Hopefully this app gets better or KX reconsiders the switch.

Would be great if the app had push notification ‘reminder’ functionality. Find a lot of people aren’t turning up to booked classes - maybe if reminders were sent, they would cancel and allow someone else to join the class. 

Also when a waitlisted class becomes available for me the email comm says I’m in, but I actually need to go in and ‘join’ the class...is this app messaging or something that Pilates studio needs to update?

Would be great if I could select to add my booked classes to my iPhone calendar. There’s a Chat function but no idea how to use it or who I’d be chatting to.
