Pathetic excuse of an ‘app’, all it does is opens your web browser and takes you to a website, utterly lazy!

My workplace switched our benefits to these guys and this app is pointless. Just an app icon with an in built browser. Also have to log in every single time which is a bit of a joke

You are better off saving the bookmark on your Home Screen. This is literally just an iframe of the website so the app makes it actually worse to work with the website as you end up scrolling even sideways. Someone has clearly no idea what apps are supposed to do.

Awful design and just links to their website. Not a proper app at all. Just use the website.

It’s nothing more than an embedded browser for your benefits. You get exactly the same as you would just using safari or chrome so not really sure what the point of it is. Navigation is a single home page the just launches a browser session for each section. It’s not very well optimised for a mobile phone and whilst there are some settings for update frequency, just seems like a waste of time.
