But after about two - three weeks of back and forth with the lovely and professional customer representatives In the chat feature, I was able to complete it all. I love Jamaica and I know sometimes getting things done can be drawn out and if you are not determined, you might give up. What the point of a banking app that won’t let you log in at will. My only suggestion would be to make it clear that each document will require verification and can be 3-5 days for each document to be verified. It took 19 days to open an account online. Mainly due to miscommunication.
