I signed up and thereafter never able to log in to complete a profile. I back in the US and it’s completely useless. Unable to connect/my internet service is not available etc. So up to now I can’t log in the app **Developer response:** Oh no! But after about two - three weeks of back and forth with the lovely and professional customer representatives In the chat feature, I was able to complete it all. I love Jamaica and I know sometimes getting things done can be drawn out and if you are not determined, you might give up. My only suggestion would be to make it clear that each document will require verification and can be 3-5 days for each document to be verified. It took 19 days to open an account online. Mainly due to miscommunication.
